ڕۆژى چوارشەممە (2) حوزەیران، نێچیرڤان بارزانى، کە هاوکات بەنگین قاسم محەمەد سەرۆکى ئەنجوومەنى دادوەریش ئامادەبوو، دواى ئیمزاکردنى فەرمانى هەرێمى مونا یوخەنا یاقۆ وەک سەرۆکى نوێى دەستەى مافى مرۆڤ لە هەرێمى کوردستان، سەرۆکى هەرێم ههموو پشتگيرييهكى بۆ ئهركى خاتوو مونا دووپات كردهوه و هيواى سهركهوتنى بۆ خواست.
بەپێى هەواڵێکى سەرۆکایەتیى هەرێمى کوردستان، دواتر له ڕێوڕهسمێكدا به ئامادهبوونى سهرۆكى ههرێمى كوردستان و سهرۆكى پهرلهمانى كوردستان، سهرۆكى دهستهى سهربهخۆى مافى مرۆڤ لهبهردهم سهرۆكى ئهنجومهنى دادوهريدا سوێندى ياسايى خوارد.
