سەرۆكى داواكارى گشتى لەبەردەم سەرۆك نێچيرڤان بارزانى سەرۆكى هەرێمى كوردستان سوێندى ياسايى خوارد.
ئەمڕۆ دووشەممە (13/شوبات/2023) لە رێوڕەسمێكدا كە لە سهرۆكايهتيى ههرێمى كوردستان بهڕێوه چوو، دادوهر كاوه فهتحى مهعسووم وهك سهرۆكى داواكارى گشتى، لهبهردهم بهڕێز نێچيرڤان بارزانى، سهرۆكى ههرێمى كوردستاندا و بهپێى فهرمانێكى ههرێمى، سوێندى ياسايى خوارد.
له ڕێوڕهسمهكهدا كه سهرۆكى ئهنجومهنى دادوهرى و وهزيرى دادى حكوومهتى ههرێمى كوردستان ئامادهى بوون، سهرۆك نێچيرڤان بارزانى پيرۆزبايى له بهڕێزيان كرد و هيواى سهركهوتنى بۆ خواست.
