ئەمرۆ چوارشەممە (29/ تشرینى دووەم/ 2023) بارەگاى بارزانى راگەیێندراوێکى بڵاوى کردەوە، سەرۆک بارزانى بە بۆنەى بەبۆنەی دەستبەکاربوونی وەک کونسوڵی گشتی فەرەنسا لە هەرێمی کوردستان پیرۆزبایی لە بەڕێز یان برێم کرد و هیوای سەرکەوتنی بۆ خواست.
هەر لە دیدارەدا تیشک خرایە سەر دۆستایەتی نێوان گەلی کوردستان و گەلی فەڕەنسا، هەروەها جەخت لە پەرەپێدان و بەهێزکردنی پەیوەندییەکانی نێوان هەردوولا کرایەوە.
