دانیشتوانی شاری هەولێر و بە تایبەتیش شارۆچکەی عەینکاوە، گوێبیستی تەقینەوەکەبوون، پارێزگای هەولێر داوا لە هاوڵاتییان دەکات نیگەران نەبن.
